Reality check I have had this biker apron 6 years and will never get around to restoring this bike. I have a NOVA for it and that is all. The engine turns over freely I have never checked for a spark or attempted to start it. As far as I know it is complete the head light brackets are incorrect and there is no speedo, but a blanking plate, I think was never fitted with a speedo.
